I had written a poor review for this app. I just received an email from MissingStep, with regard to the inability to log on this week. Their cloud provider is having technical difficulties, which in turn, affect the app.
I can verify this, because after several logon attempts, it would finally work but disconnect, indicating low bandwidth or too many users logged in.
They have decided to compensate users for the month.
They have chosen to take the high road. I love the app if not for signals, for charts. I look forward to seeing the improvements.
The app now works, as of yesterday.
They just turned this dissatisfied customer back into a happy customer.
I need to work on patience.
